  • All manuscripts will undergo rigorous peer review, and only high-quality contributions that meet the scientific and ethical standards of Springer Nature will be accepted for publication.

2. Manuscript Preparation
  • Manuscripts may be prepared using Microsoft Word.
  • Authors should use the official Springer Proceedings in Physics template.
  • The manuscript length should be not less than 6 pages and not exceeding 10–14 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
  • Only English-language submissions are accepted.
3. Structure of the Paper
Each manuscript should include:
  • Title (concise and descriptive)
  • Author names and affiliations (city and country required)
  • Abstract (150–250 words)
  • Keywords (4–6 relevant terms)
  • Introduction
  • Main sections and results: Materials and methods; Results; Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgments (if applicable)
  • References (formatted according to Springer style)
Authors are encouraged to include ORCID identifiers and an email address for the corresponding author.

4. Figures, Tables, and Equations
  • All illustrations must be clear, legible, and of high quality. Use vector graphics whenever possible.
  • Figure captions should be placed below the figures, while table captions should appear above the tables.
  • Equations must be editable (not inserted as images) and numbered sequentially throughout the paper.
  • Each figure, table, and equation must be cited and described in the main text.
  • All variables and symbols used in equations must be clearly defined and explained within the text upon their first appearance.

5. References
  • References should be numbered sequentially in square brackets [1], [2–4].
  • Each citation must appear in the text and in the reference list.
  • Whenever possible, include DOIs (Digital Object Identifiers) for all cited works.
  • All references must be in Latin script (non-Latin titles should include a translation followed by the original language in parentheses).
  • Ensure that each reference listed in your bibliography corresponds to a real, published work. Do not include citations to works that do not exist or cannot be verified through reputable academic databases and publisher websites.
  • Double-check all bibliographic details, including author names, article titles, journal/conference names, publication years, volume/issue numbers, and page numbers against the source. Even minor errors (such as incorrect years or volume numbers) can be problematic.
  • Never fabricate references or alter publication dates, titles, or author names to make citations appear more current or relevant. Such practices are considered serious academic misconduct and will result in the rejection of your manuscript.
  • Include only those references that are directly relevant to your research. Do not pad your reference list with unrelated or superfluous citations.
  • Use self-citations only when your previous work is directly relevant to the current manuscript. Excessive or irrelevant self-citation is not permitted.
  • If you use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to assist with literature reviews or citation generation, always verify the accuracy of each citation yourself. AI tools have been known to generate fabricated or incorrect citations at a significant rate.
  • Before submission, thoroughly review your reference list for any inconsistencies or errors. Ask a colleague or mentor to double-check if possible.

6. License to Publish
  • The corresponding author must sign the Springer License-to-Publish Agreement on behalf of all authors.
  • The signed agreement should be submitted along with the final version of the manuscript.
  • After submission to Springer, changes to authorship (adding, removing, or reordering authors) are not permitted.
7. Submission and Review
  • Full papers must be submitted in Word format through REGISTRATION BUTTON
  • At least two independent reviewers will evaluate each paper for quality, originality, and relevance to the conference themes.
8. Publication and Indexing
  • Accepted papers will be published in the Springer Proceedings in Physics series and made available through SpringerLink.
  • The proceedings will be submitted for indexing in major academic databases, including Scopus and Web of Science.
9. Ethical Standards
  • Authors must follow Springer Nature’s Code of Conduct and Book Publishing Policies. Plagiarism, data manipulation, or duplicate publication are strictly prohibited.
  • Excessive or irrelevant self-citation is not permitted. References should include only those works directly related to the manuscript.
  • Any manipulation, including intentional citation padding, excessive similarity, or AI-generated content not adequately disclosed, will result in immediate removal from the proceedings. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • The order and names of authors must remain unchanged between the initial submission and the final camera-ready version.
Strict Peer-Review Process for AAPM-IV 2025
Step-by-Step Review and Selection Process

Step 1: Initial Receipt and Assignment
  • Submission: Only full-length manuscripts will be considered for review; abstracts alone are insufficient.
  • Paper ID: Each submission will be assigned a unique Paper ID within one working day. Authors must contact the Organizing Committee if they do not receive a Paper ID within this timeframe.
  • Acknowledgment: Upon receipt, authors will receive a confirmation email with their Paper ID and submission details.
Step 2: Initial Screening
Technical Program Committee (TPC) Review: The TPC will conduct a strict initial screening, including:
  • Relevance: Alignment with conference topics and tracks.
